1. WHAT’S THE PROMOTION?

1.1 The BTC Markets x Tori West "Team Tori" T-Shirt Giveaway (promotion) is conducted by BTC Markets Pty Ltd ACN 164 093 887 (BTC Markets or we) in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1.2 Subject to complying with the eligibility conditions, you will be eligible to enter the promotion, which involves a random draw to win a signed "Team Tori" T-shirt by Tori West, Olympian and blockchain entrepreneur. A total of one (1) signed T-shirt will be awarded to one (1) winner (promotion offer).

1.3 The promotion will commence on 8th October 2024 12:00 AM AEDT and end on 21st October 2024 11:59 PM AEDT (promotion period). We reserve the right to amend the promotion period at our absolute discretion.

1.4 By entering the promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you wish to opt out, please contact our support team via our platform to submit an opt-out request.

2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

2.1 To be eligible to participate in the promotion, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and ordinarily reside in Australia;
• Follow both BTC Markets (@BTCMarkets) and Tori West (@toriwest__ ) on X (Twitter);
• Retweet the BTC Markets promotional post;
• Leave a comment on the BTC Markets promotional post for
  Tori;
• Act in good faith and comply with all applicable laws;
• Adhere to the terms and conditions of any social media platforms used for the promotion; and
• Comply with any additional conditions we may prescribe in relation to the promotion offer, which will be available at www.btcmarkets.net.

2.2 Each eligible action (following the accounts and sharing the post) will constitute an entry into the promotion, provided you continue to comply with the other eligibility requirements. Entries are limited to one per participant.

2.3 If we believe you have engaged in fraud or any abuse of the promotion, we may, at our absolute discretion, refuse to accept your entry.

2.4 The promotion will have one (1) winner randomly drawn from all eligible entries. The winner will receive a signed "Team Tori" T-shirt. The draw will occur on 22nd October 2024 at 10:00AM AEDT at the offices of BTC Markets.

2.5 If you are a winner:

• We will contact you via direct message on the social media platform used to enter. You must claim your prize within 3 days after notification, or within any other period we nominate.
• You must provide proof of eligibility and compliance with these terms and conditions.
• You have the option to grant us an irrevocable licence to publish your name and tag you in any promotional post related to this promotion.

2.6 If you comply with clause 2.5, the signed T-shirt will be sent to your nominated Australian address within 7 days of claiming the prize.

2.7 If you do not comply with clause 2.5, the prize will be forfeited. We may notify you of the forfeiture by email or without providing notice.

2.8 We will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing you with the prize or for any loss or expenses you incur in connection with the promotion.

3. GENERAL INFORMATION

3.1 These terms and conditions apply in addition to our general terms, which are available at www.btcmarkets.net/terms-of-service.

3.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in Victoria, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

3.3 We may amend these terms and conditions or cease offering the promotion at any time at our absolute discretion, without providing notice. Your continued participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions as amended.

3.4 You cannot transfer or assign your rights under these terms and conditions.

3.5 If any term is declared unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

3.6 The draw will take place at BTC Markets' office, on 22nd October 2024 at 10:00AM AEDT.

3.7 The winners' details will be published in this blog on 22nd October 2024 at 12:00PM AEDT.

3.8 If a winner does not claim the prize within the stipulated time, the prize will be forfeited, and no further draw will take place.

3.9 If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, or any cause beyond the control of BTC Markets, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion and invalidate any affected entries, subject to State or Territory regulation.
